One of the most prestigious Spanish photographers of the past two decades, acknowledged in 2000 with the National Photography Prize, with an overwhelming number of successful exhibitions in Spain and elsewhere. Chema Madoz reinvents, explores, with seemingly simple solutions, in white to black, with touches of genius and poetry that make them unique. Among others, he also received, among others, the Pietà Island National Award (2014), the Higasikawa Photofestival Prize, Japan (2000), the PhotoSpain Prize (2000) and the Kodak Spain Award (1991).
