This cycle, directed by Rafael Mateu de Ros, aims to disseminate various fundamental milestones in the history of art patronage and collecting through renowned specialists in each period.
The lectures are conceived as a journey through different stages of history up to the present day. In this first stage, the programme focuses on a period contemporary to the time period of the exhibition on the Masaveu Collection of 19th century Spanish painting, which is currently on display at the Foundation.
On this occasion we will have leading experts in 19th century Spanish painting who will analyse different themes of the works in this exhibition.

All lectures take place at 6:30 p.m. in the María Cristina Masaveu Auditorium.
