As part of its training-related activities, the Fundación María Cristina Masaveu Peterson created this free programme with the prime goal of meeting the needs of students from preschool to baccalaureate via different kinds of tours.
In October 2021 the FMCMP opened a new space devoted to street art in its Madrid headquarters where the Foundation’s latest acquisitions and new commissions are displayed in rotation. They span the variety of disciplines and freedom of formats characteristic of this new art trend.
As they walk round, visitors will discover works by internationally renowned artists such as Banksy, Keith Haring, Yayoi Kusama, and Kaï, alongside pieces by well-established or emerging Spanish artists such as Marria Pratts, Ela Fidalgo, Marina Tellme, Luis Pérez Calvo, and Hugo Alonso. Additionally, four projects created under the Foundation’s patronage and specifically designed for this space by Estudio Pedrita, Juan Díaz-Faes, and Queen Andrea are also featured.
